Owl Canyon pumpkin ale was just reviewed and received a grade of A! Have you had a chance to try this seasonal favorite? It was only at The Forge Publick House for two days and The Mayor of Old Town is draining their keg as we write this. Head on over to the taproom and try this wonderfully balanced pumpkin ale!

Cheers!

This Saturday, September 24th, Pateros Creek will be putting on an Oktoberfest for the tapping of our newest beer Stevetoberfest Märzen. But that is not all. We are pulling out all of the stops for this one. There will be food, games, music, and of course beer. We will have two beer stations and are blocking off our parking lot to handle all of the fun. We will have a main beer tent and will give you a wristband so you don’t have to hassle with pulling out your ID for every order.
What beers will be there? Of course our main beers:
- Cache la Porter (brown porter)
- Old Town Ale (Kölsch)
- Car 21 (best bitter)
- Stimulator (rye pale ale)
But we also will have our seasonals:
- Lady Moon (raspberry-cherry wheat)
- Owl Canyon (pumpkin ale)
- Stevetoberfest (an Oktoberfest)
The menu – created by Matador Mexican Grill (don’t worry, they are going German for this one):
- Brats (made by Sunflower Market and made with Cache la Porter)
- Hot dogs
- Cream cheese pretzels
- Bavarian style Kraut
- Onions
- Cheese sauce
- Various mustards including some infused with our beer (if you know Matador, infusing food with beer is a specialty for sure)
We will have music all day including The Symbols, Team Weav, The Honey Gitters, and Lee Holiday and the Time Off so come down and get your boogie on while we celebrate beer and the Fall season!

Hey all,
I know it’s been a while since the last post. We have been busy serving beer to everyone. And what a great response from everyone we have had! Thanks to everyone that has come down to enjoy a few with us. Since the opening, we have release a new beer called Car 21. This is most likely going to become a year round beer as the popularity of it has really taken off. We have more beers in store, so keep checking back.
We have our new fermenters in. You know, the vessels that make this wonderful beer we keep talking about. Because of these new vessels, we will be able to ramp up production and push for more taps around town. That is good news!
We know we have been low on shirts and we have an order in with the good people of Go West T-shirts. They are so popular, that they can barely keep up with production as well so we have another week before new shirts come in. On a good note, we do have hats now. Both military style and baseball style. Both are $18 and sure to please.

Coming up, Pateros Creek will be in quite a few events and gatherings. I will get a list up as soon as I can.
Cheers!

There is going to be a beer dinner at Matador Mexican Grill this Monday, February 28th. These are crazy – crazy awesome at making great food! Our beer will be showcased: Cache la Porter, Snowy River, and Stimulator. But that is not all; they are making hot sauce using the beer to pair with them. One is made from each: Chipotle la Porter, Stimulated Tomatillo, and the Ghost of Snowy River.

Found a great used 10 barrel system in Watertown, Wisconsin. We are going to have to check it out of course.
Road trip!
It even comes with some kegs which would be good since we just started brewing our rye pale ale and will need a place to put our delicious libation.
Yes, Stimulator Pale Ale has been brewed and is getting ready to start the conditioning process. You know what else? We got a nice winter beer coming out as well. We call it Snowy River. Snowy River is a vanilla porter with a great balance and easy drinking character that we are known for. Have you had the Cache la Porter yet? Ask our fans; it’s easy drinking and goes down smooth any time of the year.
So, as the permits are being pulled for our building and we head to the great lakes area, sit back in one of the awesome places serving our beer around town and enjoy some great beer!
Cheers!
We have officially signed a lease and have a location for the brewery. We should take possession after some preliminary work is done by the landlords to make it a better fit for our brewery. The building we are in is at 242 North College Avenue just south of the corner of Jefferson St. and College Avenue. The idea is to have a brewhouse, taproom, and outdoor patio. The building has an adjacent parking lot for the convenience of our customers. Should be a great spot at the north end of Historic Old Town Fort Collins just seconds away from Old Town Square and other great spots in downtown!
